Processing and Shipping
Most handmade pieces require approximately 1–2 weeks to prepare after payment is received and verified, unless a different processing time is shown on the product page. Shipping time is additional to processing time. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for eligible website orders in the Orlando area when offered during checkout. No delivery address is required during checkout. After payment is verified, Keke will contact the customer to arrange a safe delivery location and time. Local delivery is not automatically available for Etsy purchases.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because each item is handmade, returns, cancellations and refunds are reviewed individually. Customers should contact Keke as soon as possible if there is a problem with an order. Changing or canceling an order inside the website does not automatically send a refund. Any approved refund must be completed separately through the original payment method.
Payment Verification
Website orders may be paid using the payment methods currently offered during checkout. Cash App and Zelle payments require manual verification. An order is not confirmed, and production does not begin, until Keke verifies that the exact payment was received with the correct payment reference. Screenshots, messages, opening a payment app or returning to the website do not confirm payment.
Privacy
Customer information is collected only as needed to process orders, verify payments, provide order updates, arrange shipping or local delivery and respond to messages. Payment credentials and private manager information must not be publicly exposed. Customer information must not be sold or displayed publicly.
Website Terms
Products are handmade and may have small natural variations in stitching, shape, placement, size or color. Colors may also appear different depending on the customer’s screen and available yarn. Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping and order information. Product availability, prices and processing times may change before an order is confirmed.
